Wight Healthcare on the Isle of Wight is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will work autonomously and within the wider team to provide clinical leadership in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
You will support Team Leaders and the Service Manager with clinical leadership for the service, provide complex clinical support and advice, and collaborate with doctors, psychologists and pharmacists.
