Job Description:
Big Life Group is seeking a Smoking Cessation Outreach Worker to deliver a flexible, client-centered stop smoking service for people experiencing substance misuse across community and criminal justice settings in the North of England.
You will engage with people who may be disconnected from support, helping them build confidence to quit, working with partner organisations and health services to provide evidence-based interventions, NRT and vapes as part of personalised nicotine reduction plans.
