Maintenance Technician — Luxury Care Home

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Hendon is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our luxury care home functional and beautiful. You will carry out maintenance requests, repairs and preventative work, while following health and safety guidelines to minimise disruption for residents.

Required: CSCS certificate, full clean driving licence, basic computer skills, and excellent written and verbal English. Training in PAT testing, COSHH, manual handling and first aid is an advantage.
