Flying Start Childcare Worker (2–3 Yrs)

Gors Community School in Swansea is seeking a Flying Start Full Time Childcare Worker to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early childcare for 2-3 year olds within the Flying Start programme.

You will support the Childcare Manager and Deputy Manager, contribute to the development of the children’s early learning, and work closely with families and school staff to provide a vibrant and inclusive setting.
