In this Solution Architect role, you will shape technology-enabled solutions across MAG’s airports and group functions. You’ll define architectures that cover systems, data, processes and people, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors HR & Payroll. You will influence senior stakeholders and steer the tech roadmap to support digital transformation and automation. This is a cross-functional role that blends enterprise architecture with hands-on strategy to enable scalable, sustainable operations. Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee SAP SuccessFactors HR & Payroll solutions
- Define and communicate technology solutions that meet business requirements across systems, data and processes
- Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and build consensus
- Develop, map and maintain a technical architecture including enterprise, applications, service, infrastructure and data using TOGAF or a similar framework
- Build and execute a technology strategy and maintain a technology roadmap
- Adapt architecture and roadmaps in response to business, market and technical changes
Key requirements
- Experience architecting enterprise technologies and cloud, on-premise and DevOps toolsets
- Proven ability to build and execute a technology strategy and maintain a roadmap
- Familiarity with HR/Payroll platforms, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
- Awareness of the airport/aviation technology landscape is desirable
