HR Assistant (Part-Time) – Hybrid, People & Payroll Support

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) seeks an organised, proactive HR Assistant to join the HR function at Perth, with hybrid working. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR records, payroll support, and learning & development, ensuring compliant and efficient people practices. Part-time 22.5 hours per week with occasional Aberdeen visits.

You will contribute to a positive employee experience, working with the HR Officer and colleagues across the charity.
