About the Role
As a Paralegal within our Wills, Trusts and Probate team,you will play an integral role in supporting our Solicitors and helping todeliver an exceptional service to our clients.
You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasksof moderate complexity, ensuring that delegated work is completed accurately,efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Working closely with the team on a daily basis, you willassist with a broad range of matters, including client communications, respondingto new enquiries, drafting legal documents such as Wills and Lasting Powers ofAttorney, preparing applications for Grants of Representation, and supportingthe progression of estate administration matters. You may also provide supportto colleagues across the wider team when required. The role requires you tofollow established case management processes and ensure compliance with allrelevant regulatory and quality standards, including those set by the SolicitorsRegulation Authority (SRA), Lexcel, and other applicable governing bodies.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organised and motivatedindividual who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high-qualityclient service. The successful candidate will be adaptable, able to managecompeting priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience as a Paralegal within a Wills, Trusts and Probate team is desirable.You will have a good understanding of private client work, including draftingWills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and supporting the administrationof probate matters. Whilst you will be confident in handling your ownresponsibilities, you will also recognise when specialist guidance is requiredand seek support from colleagues where appropriate. You will have excellentattention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providingclients with professional, compassionate and practical support during oftensensitive circumstances.
