Trainee Swim Teacher – STA Level 2 Training + Flexible Hours

Serco Leisure is recruiting swimming teachers to deliver safe, progressive lessons across its leisure centres in South Charnwood, Soar Valley and Loughborough. The role supports the LSCT mission to provide affordable, high‑quality lessons for all ages and abilities.

Training is provided; you may need to complete NRASTC lite and DBS checks. The post offers flexible, casual or contracted hours and the chance to work across multiple sites within the Serco Leisure network.
