Resolution Field Agent — Flexible Hours & Daily Rate

Engage Services is seeking a self-employed Field Agent to work on a flexible, part-time or full-time basis across the UK. You will visit residential and commercial properties to resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and link customers to support for financial difficulties, while collecting accurate meter readings.

The role includes full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to progress into other roles within the business.
