Facilities Officer – Hard Services, Central London

Grosvenor Services is seeking a Facilities Officer (Hard Services) to support safe, compliant building operations in Central London. The role covers PPM, reactive maintenance, compliance, contractor liaison, and customer support. 40 hours per week, on-site, permanent contract.

Ideal candidates will have GCSEs, facilities management experience, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. A strong eye for detail and good record keeping are essential.
