Business Analyst – SC Cleared, Contract

Ncounter is supporting a growing technology consultancy with an SC Cleared Business Analyst contract, working on a complex UK public sector programme.
n

This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on stakeholder engagement, structured analysis and taking potential solutions through evaluation, trial and proof of concept.
n

Key experience:
n
• Active SC Clearance
n
• Business Analysis across complex UK public sector programmes
n
• Designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops
n
• Evidence gathering and structured analysis
n
• Pilot, trial and proof of concept delivery
n
• Supplier engagement and evaluation
n
• Strong stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams
n
n
Experience within the Home Office, National Security, policing or intelligence would be particularly relevant, while exposure to Open Source Intelligence, OSINT, would also be beneficial.
n
n
We are looking for someone comfortable bringing structure to uncertain requirements, challenging assumptions and turning evidence into practical recommendations.
n
n
