⚖️Legal Services Manager
An internationally recognised organisation is seeking a commercially focused legal professional to support operations and asset management activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You’ll work closely with business leaders, advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and operational legal matters within a fast-paced international environment.
The role with provide legal support across multiple international markets and be focused on commercial contracts and negotiations such as:
- Vendor, procurement and IT agreements
- Sales, marketing, sponsorship, influencer and partnership agreements
- Food & beverage, spa, fitness and loyalty‑related contracts
- Group sales, airline and travel agency agreements
Essential requirements
- Strong in-house experience leading commercial contract negotiations
- Adept to juggling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to general commercial, operational or asset management related agreements within a multinational real estate, corporate or hospitality organisation is highly desirable.
