Senior BIM Technician — Building Services & MEP Design

Cundall in London is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to produce and coordinate BIM Models and Drawings for MEP design across RIBA Stages 2-4. You will work with engineers, technicians and BIM managers, following Cundall templates and standards.

You will manage models from setup to final issue, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass data, run clash detection in Navisworks, and support automation developments for Revit. A background in Building Services and experience with Revit is essential.
