Overview

As Product Manager for Retail Savings, you will shape and deliver changes across the savings lifecycle. You’ll partner with engineering, design and data teams to translate insights into customer-friendly digital experiences. You’ll balance regulatory needs with ambitious product goals, driving improvements for brokers and customers. Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and delivery for Retail Savings initiatives across originations, retention, online banking and colleague experience
  • Identify customer and operational needs, turning insights into clear problem statements and opportunities
  • Safely deliver regulatory change
  • Translate opportunities into well-defined requirements, user stories and prioritized backlogs
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Break down complex workflows into simple, intuitive digital experiences
  • Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Legal and Pricing to ensure smooth implementation
  • Use data to understand performance and drive continuous improvement

Key requirements

  • Strong product management experience across the full lifecycle (discovery through delivery)
  • Experience within financial services
  • Ability to simplify complexity and design customer-centred solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and priorities
