HR Generalist: Talent, Recruitment & Compliance

Reed is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support a professional, efficient HR service across multiple locations in the utilities, infrastructure and civil engineering sector. You will advise managers and employees on employee relations, recruitment, absence management, performance, payroll administration and HR compliance.

The role is hands-on with day-to-day HR operations, onboarding and induction, and driving engagement and organisational performance.
