Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive delivery to agreed outcomes across capital markets projects
• Design and implement operating models and cost-reduction opportunities
• Oversee process transformation using Lean, process mining, automation, and analytics
• Lead large technology programmes and regulatory impact assessments
• Translate regulatory requirements into tangible business transformations and improved controls
• Build and mentor high-performing, diverse teams and manage executive-level stakeholders
• Drive sales, account development, and growth of client-facing proposition
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong client relationships

Key requirements

• Experience leading change projects in major Capital Markets or equivalent institutions
• Proven track record managing large engagements and teams
• Strong relationships with senior Capital Markets stakeholders to support sales
• Deep domain experience in at least one area (Front Office, Onboarding, Reconciliations, Settlements, Collateral)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of project management lifecycle
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Proven ability in Digital Transformation, Risk & Regulatory Change, or Technology Delivery
