About the Role:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and complete set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold the school’s expectations.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson material – no planning or marking required.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff and support the smooth running of the school day.
Requirements:
- A degree or relevant experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, or youth work).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism.
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
