HealthTech Product Manager – Internal Platform & Systems

Paloma Health in England is building its core software platform for internal clinical and operations teams. As Product Manager you’ll own the engine that powers booking platforms, automation, and integrations, directly supporting clinicians and families.

You will lead a Product & Engineering squad, drive agile rituals, and ensure delivery aligns with operational needs. There are growth paths up to senior management as Paloma scales its NHS autism and ADHD care services.
