Overview
In this role, you will shape and advance the enterprise risk management framework to support strategic decisions and long-term success. You will partner with senior leaders to provide independent risk oversight across a complex international business, driving risk-informed decisions and strengthening controls. You will lead risk reporting to executives and the board, champion a proactive risk culture, and build capabilities through coaching and training. This position offers high visibility and meaningful impact on the company’s risk posture and performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously enhance the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk strategy
- Set policy and standards aligned with business objectives
- Deliver risk reporting to Executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Identify, assess and manage key strategic and operational risks
- Provide independent challenge on major projects, bids, contracts and investments
- Manage emerging risks (market, regulatory, cyber, supply chain, climate)
- Lead horizon scanning, scenario planning and risk-based decision-making
- Integrate risk management with internal controls, compliance and assurance
- Build risk capability through engagement, coaching and training
- Champion a positive risk culture and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Significant experience in risk management, governance, internal audit or related disciplines
- Proven track record of leading risk functions within large, complex organisations
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and corporate governance
- Experience engaging with and influencing executive leaders, committees and Boards
- Ability to provide constructive challenge and drive informed decision-making
