Construction Learning Adviser (Early Careers & Compliance)

Willmott Dixon Group is recruiting a full-time Learning Adviser to support the development of our people at every career stage—from apprentices to senior leaders. The role is national and requires regular travel across the UK, with flexible working including up to two days per week from home.

The role reports to the Learning Manager (technical and early careers) and focuses on technical learning, professional development, Early Careers and compliance training.
