Shift Manager – Lead Retail Team & Great Customer Experience

Greggs in Huddersfield is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the manager’s absence. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Typical shifts involve inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing products, stocking displays, and maintaining a clean, presentable shop. 18 hours per week with a starting pay of £14.20 per hour plus benefits.
