Retail Store Growth Lead – Coach & Deliver Sales

Dynamix Recruitment ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Bristol location. You will drive day-to-day sales growth by leading, developing, and motivating the team, while promoting customer service and maintaining high store standards.

You will recruit and coach staff, work with the Area Manager, and ensure compliance, health & safety, and effective use of the sales process. A proactive approach to data and KPI reporting is required.
