Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Community Lead to oversee care in our Residential Care Homes. You will lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers, while providing clinical care such as weight and blood pressure checks and basic wound dressing.

Ideal candidates have Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus willingness to obtain the assessor qualification. You’ll inspire trust and foster a vibrant, supportive culture for residents and families.
