Care Home Housekeeping Supervisor – Lead Cleanliness

Bupa Hatfield Peverel Care Home in Chelmsford is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. This permanent, part-time role is 31 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

You will oversee housekeeping and laundry staff, ensure a pristine environment, and work closely with maintenance and management to keep every room well looked after. You will lead by example, maintaining communal areas and bedrooms to high standards while coordinating rotas, training needs, and stock levels.
