Responsibilities
- Advise lenders and borrowers on acquisitions, real estate finance, MBOs, and private equity-backed transactions
- Handle corporate lending, refinancing and restructuring matters
- Work on complex transactions from start to finish
- Develop long-term client relationships and understand commercial objectives
- Engage in networking, business development, and broader strategic initiatives within the team
Key requirements
- 4+ years PQE in Banking & Finance
- Experience handling finance transactions with increasing autonomy
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Experience working directly with clients and building trusted relationships
