Bereavement Support Specialist for Children & Families

Thames Hospice is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Children and Family Support Team, delivering pre- and post-bereavement support to children, young people, and families affected by life-limiting conditions or bereavement. Sessions may be conducted at the hospice, at home, or in schools.

The role requires a healthcare/education/social work qualification and experience with children, families, and bereavement.
