Overview

In this role you will shape Farfetch’s pricing strategy across global markets and partner with senior leadership on investment-style decisions. You’ll bridge commercial strategy, data, and pricing to drive profitable growth and optimize our price position. You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Data Science to implement scalable pricing solutions and reporting. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to unlock value for customers, partners, and the business. You’ll be part of a mission-driven, collaborative Commercial team that aims to elevate Farfetch’s marketplace positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation of high-level, action-driven insights to shape business strategy and identify pricing opportunities
  • Build robust business cases, analytical frameworks, and tools to support data-backed decisions
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team within Commercial (potentially)
  • Oversee scalable pricing tools, processes, and reporting frameworks with BI and Product teams
  • Direct the end-to-end management of cross-functional projects to improve price positioning
  • Act as the primary strategic partner and SME to a wide range of stakeholders within and beyond Commercial
  • Guide Brand Partnership, Business Development, and Account Management teams on pricing strategy optimization
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to translate data into trading decisions and with Finance to validate forecasting models
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define and implement a robust pricing feature roadmap

Key requirements

  • Experience in Strategy, Analytics, e-Commerce, or Consulting at manager level
  • Excel (advanced) and SQL (required) for processing and analyzing large datasets
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on operational and commercial excellence
  • Proven influencer with a track record of securing buy-in from senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects
  • Desirable familiarity with the fashion and luxury industry ecosystem
