Campus Maintenance Operations Lead (Multi-Site)

The University of Nottingham Estates and Facilities Department is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to lead day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance across university sites. You will work with the Head of Maintenance to allocate resources, ensure works meet SLAs and budgets, and report on performance to drive efficiencies.

Candidates should hold a City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject, with evidence of leading multi-skilled trades staff.
