Hybrid 2nd-Line End User Support Specialist (MSP)

Cap Resourcing Ltd is seeking an End User Support Specialist / Service Desk for a hybrid role in Bristol. The ideal candidate will bring strong 2nd line support experience within an MSP, focusing on troubleshooting and ownership of user issues.

Requirements include solid Microsoft knowledge across Windows, M365 and Azure, plus experience with remote support tools and excellent communication to assist non-technical users. A Microsoft Associate certification is essential.
