Lead Mechanical Site Manager – 12-Month Leeds Project

Meridian Business Support is recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the mechanical team on 300 new build apartments in Leeds for a national M&E contractor. The role requires 40 hours per week and runs for 12 months.

Responsibilities include H&S talks, RAMS, site inductions, liaising with other trades and reporting progress. CSCS Blue/Gold and SMSTS are essential, with CIS or PAYE equivalent available per day.
