Academics is seeking a compassionate Youth Support Worker to join a specialist school in Bracknell, supporting students aged 5 to 11 with SEMH and behavioural needs. You will work within a nurturing, structured environment and use EHCP goals to guide progress.
The role embraces restorative practices to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and successful learning, with term-time hours and a daily rate of £90–£110. Collaborative team support is provided.
