Estimator – High-End Property Refurbishment£50,000–£70,000 + benefits | Hertfordshire / London
An established construction and refurbishment business is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing team.
The company specialises in high-end residential and commercial refurbishment, with an enviable client base developed over more than 35 years.
This is a relationship-led business, with a strong pipeline of repeat and referral work, meaning you won’t simply be pricing endless speculative tenders against multiple competitors.
You’ll be responsible for producing accurate estimates, managing subcontractor and supplier enquiries, identifying commercial opportunities and supporting projects from early-stage discussions through to contract award.
We’re looking for:
- Estimating experience within construction, refurbishment or fit-out
- Strong understanding of construction costs and methodologies
- Experience pricing from drawings and specifications
- Good subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Experience with high-end residential or commercial projects would be advantageous
