Lead Project Manager – Hybrid, AI-Driven Capex Delivery

Severn Trent is seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our Capital Delivery team in Derbyshire, with hybrid working and regional travel. You will lead a portfolio of projects while developing a team of Project Managers, Senior PMs and Coordinators, delivering safely and efficiently to standards and priorities.

You’ll drive governance and performance, building strong relationships with stakeholders and supply chains, and championing continuous improvement including AI-enabled initiatives.
