Responsibilities

• Handle claims and manage own caseload or contribute to defendant/claimant matters
• Engage in dispute resolution, negotiation and settlement discussions
• Oversee case management and file organization across disciplines
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and insurers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage technology for efficiency
• Provide high-quality client service and commercial acumen
• Support learning and development within the team
• Contribute to pre-litigated and litigated claim handling across multiple disciplines

Key requirements

• Experience in claims, insurance or litigation environments
• Defendant or claimant claims work and insurance litigation experience
• Personal injury, motor, fraud, casualty, disease or healthcare claims experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
