Acting as the voice of Truespeed, you’ll ensure every customer has a positive experience when they get in touch, whether by phone, email, social media, or live chat.In This Role, You Will:Handle customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, timely, and professional mannerTake ownership of customer requests and complaints, aiming to resolve issues on first contact wherever possibleSupport complaint resolution so customers feel listened to, supported, and valuedContact customers to book installations, clearly explain the process, and answer any questionsKeep systems and records up to date while sharing knowledge with colleaguesSupport the wider team with additional tasks to ensure a smooth and positive customer journeyWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a friendly, proactive individual who enjoys helping others and delivering excellent service.
