Finance Manager – Hybrid Role for Fast-Growth SME

Trial Balance Consulting is recruiting a Finance Manager for a fast-growing Cornish SME, based at the Truro HQ with a hybrid/flexible option. You will lead financial controls, produce management accounts with commentary, and support strategic direction across multiple entities.

You will mentor the Assistant Accountant, oversee budgeting and cashflow, and liaise with stakeholders while driving KPIs and timely statutory reporting. A forward-thinking, commercially minded professional is sought.
