Part-Time Customer Adviser — Community Banking Specialist

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser to join our branch on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, listen to their needs and provide friendly financial guidance in a face-to-face setting.

You’ll handle till operations, book appointments, assist with savings accounts and cashing up at day end, all while building strong local relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
