Resident Liaison & Community Engagement Specialist

United Infrastructure is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to be a visible point of contact for residents, coordinating communications, updates and handovers with site teams. You will ensure works are understood, manage expectations, and deliver quality aftercare throughout projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contractor or client-side liaison roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay resilient under pressure while respecting residents’ privacy.
