Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting a Part-Time Residential Support Worker for a children’s home in Reading. You will support 4 young males aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, on Weekdays 16:00-23:00 plus sleep-ins and Weekend 10:00-23:00 plus sleep-ins.

NVQ level 3, driver, DBS (Update Service), and Ofsted-regulated experience are required. Sponsorship for this role is not provided, and the position offers meaningful, structured shifts with a dedicated team.
