Senior Design Manager – Healthcare Construction Pre-Con

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) is seeking a Senior Design Manager for a c.£200m+ healthcare development in Buckinghamshire. Based in pre-construction with travel to London, you will lead design management from feasibility through to on-site coordination, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in design management for a Tier 1 or major Main Contractor, with healthcare sector experience preferred.
