Senior AI Consultant – Agentic AI & Generative AI

Overview

In this Senior AI Consultant role, you will design, build, and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions for public and private sector clients within a strategy-focused transformation shop. You’ll work across front- and back-end components, architect HITL-enabled workflows, and push solutions from PoC to production. You’ll collaborate with cloud engineers, data scientists, and business leads to translate challenges into AI-powered outcomes. The role offers hands-on experimentation with cutting-edge models and opportunities to influence client engagements and practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy GenAI and agentic front-end and back-end components
• Create agentic workflows with HITL gates, auditability, and monitoring for regulated clients
• Translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI
• Collaborate with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, and consultants to move ideas to production
• Support business development with AI demonstrators, proposals, and client events
• Contribute to internal campaigns, think-tanks, and training/certification initiatives

Key requirements

• Experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting mindset
• Track record delivering full-stack applications across PoCs, MVPs, and production deployments
• Proven delivery of ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks in client-facing environments
• Data engineering in cloud environments
• Strong Python (3.10+), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), SQL and Bash
