Court of Protection Solicitor – Complex Estates (NW London)

Service Care Legal is expanding its Court of Protection team and seeks a Solicitor from NQ to 4 PQE to handle Property & Affairs matters in North West London. You will prepare Court and Statutory Will applications and represent clients at COP hearings, while coordinating with Deputies and families.

The role focuses on high-value estates, addressing financial abuse, and supporting individuals lacking capacity with meticulous, client-focused service.
