Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion on commercial refurbishments and fit outs
• Steer multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders
• Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track
• Act as trusted adviser to clients and ensure design-led, commercially viable delivery
• Maintain project controls, budgets, and schedules to achieve defined outcomes
• Collaborate with a collaborative, experienced team to deliver high-profile spaces

Key requirements

• MRICS or MCIOB (or actively working towards it)
• Strong track record delivering commercial refurbishments and fit outs in consultancy or client-side roles
• Confidence to act as client adviser and drive projects to completion
