Barchester Healthcare is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead a kitchen team and deliver nutritious, flavoursome menus in our care homes. You will work with fresh seasonal produce, develop menus around residents, and create a warm dining environment.
You will manage front-of-house alignment, maintain high standards, and coach staff through the Barchester Chef Academy. Training on modified diets (IDDSI) is provided as needed.
