Senior NLP/LLM Research Scientist (Hybrid)

RedTech Recruitment is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to explore cutting-edge NLP/LLM approaches in a Cambridge-based role. You will prototype and evaluate novel concepts, bridging academia and industry with a focus on classic ML methods and NLP applications.

The position requires a PhD and strong publication record, with experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit-Learn, and a track record of large-scale data experiments. Hybrid work with some office days in Cambridge.
