Strategic HR Director – Manufacturing & Growth Leader

Kingspan Insulation is seeking an experienced HR Director for GB&I to lead HR Operations, Payroll and Talent & Organisational Development across multiple sites. Reporting to the Managing Director and joining the Senior Leadership Team, the post combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership on the factory floor.

You will lead a team of 12, strengthen the people function, develop capability and create the infrastructure to support growth.
