Community Care Assistant: Drive & Help Clients Stay Active

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Assistant to support a client in the Cardiff area, visiting activities such as cinema, bowling, and family time in the community. You will help with social activities and daily tasks, enabling the client to continue enjoying what they love.

No prior care experience is required as full nurse-led training is provided; you must hold a full driving license and be ready to engage with the client in outings and home-based support.
