Credit Controller (12-Month FTC) – Help Customers Recover Payments

Ayvens in Bristol is seeking a Credit Controller on a 12 month fixed term contract at our Emersons Green head office. The role focuses on collecting overdue balances, supporting vulnerable customers and minimising credit losses.

You will manage queries, maintain strong regulatory compliance and deliver excellent customer service while building relationships with internal teams and external partners. 37.5 hour week, no weekends.
