This international law firm is seeking a 1-5 PQE Structured and Project Finance Lawyer to join their market-leading team, in the firm's London office. You will support the delivery of some of the UK’s largest and most innovative energy and infrastructure projects.

About the role
n
You will be part of a highly regarded Projects Group advising on the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets across the UK and internationally.
n
n
Working closely with colleagues across the firm’s international network, you will advise banks, sponsors, developers, funds and financial institutions on a broad range of project finance, acquisition finance and refinancing matters.

Skills and experience
n
- n
- You will have between 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in structured and projects finance transactions.
- Experience within the Energy and Infrastructure sectors would be ideal but not a pre-requisite.
