Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting a Manufacturing Process Team Leader for the outskirts of Maidstone. The role leads the Manufacturing Development team, driving improvements in process efficiency, product quality, and environmental compliance while collaborating with Operations, Engineering and Projects teams.

You will manage Process Technicians and Technologists, oversee water treatment and effluent processes, and help deliver site expansion with a hands-on, proactive approach.
